The CTA Good Teaching Conference - South happens every year and this year it was March 18-20 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County.
There were a wide variety of sessions covering topics, such as: student loan forgiveness, student voice, modifying your curriculum, science demonstrations, a thematic approach to teaching history, SEL, yoga, talking about color, cross language communication tools, time savers for teachers, drawing out the best in your students, IEP rights and responsibilities, supporting LGBTQ+ students and staff, distance learning practices, and so much more.
