WHO Awards stands for We Honor (our) Own. There are two levels of awards: local and state. The awards are one way for locals to recognize the significant contribution of their members at the local or state level.
On May 4, 2022 at 4:30 pm, Service Center 1 honored WHO Award recipients at the Sheraton Pomona Fairplex Hotel. CTA President Toby Boyd was the keynote speaker.
